Offered 3 nights per week and one on Sat, this is the age in which many of our students will develop a love for the Martial Arts. Students are taught a depth and breadth of knowledge that will both equip them with confidence and build their self-defense skills. Grappling (ground work) and sparring (stand up) are both taught.
Tournament competition allows our students to apply their knowledge and skills in a competitive, yet controlled setting.
Our regularly scheduled classes, in our dojo, are where our students will be taught the fundamentals.
Periodic belt testing enables us to evaluate how much our students have learned. Our belting system allows them to advance in small increments, to ensure they fully learn the skills and principles being taught.
By this age, our students have acquired the physical ability and coordination to fully implement the skills taught in the Martial Arts. All techniques are taught at an advanced level and students are expected to demonstrate those skills each night through extensive grappling and sparring work.
Our Tuesday night classes focus more on karate/ stand up (sparring).
Our Thursday night classes have a heavier emphasis on ground work (grappling).
Strengthening our minds and bodies is an essential component to our classes.
Monthly and Annual Memberships Are Available
